In honor of National Plant A Flower Day tomorrow…. I’m trying out my new Shasta Daisy Growing Kit.
Growing a plant is both an intentional and beautiful experience.
The aspects of sowing, planting, watering, and caring for a growing plant serve as a metaphor for navigating change in my life.
“For everything there is a season…A time to plant and a time to harvest.” – Ecclesiastes 3:1
This seed starter kit isn’t just for National Plant A Flower Day though…
It’s the perfect way to prepare for a new season.
Literally and metaphorically.
I nurture MANY plants in our home and as I watch each plant grow, I find myself inspired to try new things.
How This Kit Works:
- push top inside box
- place pellet in polybag
- add 3 tbsp water
- wait 15 minutes for pellet to expand
- plant 2-3 seeds 1/4″ deep
- water daily
- transplant when 2-3″
- remove polybag and plant entire box into ground after last frost.
